The Slovenian National Championships in ski jumping took place on Tuesday for a change. Thanks to this appointed day, almost all the country's representatives could participate in the event. The competition on the hill in Kranj was won by none other than... Robert Kranjec, who surpassed Primoz Peterka by 0,2 of a point thanks to jumps to 98,5 and 108,5 meters. The bronze medal went, quite unexpectedly, to Rok Mandl.
The rank achieved by the current leader of the team, Jernej Damjan, was surprising as well. The friendly Slovenian came in at 5th place.
